Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d)
for the next possible start date.
What to expect:
Responsible for processing ordersAccepting, tracking and controlling ordersEntering orders into the internal ERP systemProcessing orders in compliance with customs regulations in foreign trade
Accepting, processing and coordinating customer enquiries via live chat and email
Checking and following up on delivery deadlines
Working closely with the internal interfaces of the Credit department and the parent company in the USA
Coordinate customer enquiries with the corresponding inventory in the individual departments
Creating, checking and, if necessary, procuring order-relevant documents
Recording new customers and continuous maintenance of master data in the ERP system
