About the role

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. This role will be based in Ortigas Pasig City, Metro Manila and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Answering and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Logging and tracking customer interactions to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of issues
• Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document organisation
• Assisting with the coordination of customer appointments and schedules
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
