Customer Service Assistant provides assistance and support to Sales Executive by responding to customer inquiries, processing order and maintaining sales related databases. Ensuring also smooth sales operation and customer satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Sales Data Inputting: Accurately enter sales data and information to database.
2. Customer Information Management: Maintain and update customer records including contact details, addresses, delivery information, and accounting details.
3. Product information management: Ensuring the complete and correct information of list of products.
4. Pricing management: Entering the correct pricing based on approved purchase orders, and or weekly price updates.
5. Order processing: Process and submit customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
