Customer Service Assistant (Part-time / Fixed-term) Main Responsibilities:

●Provide face-to-face customer service in the Plaza Lounge, including reception, member assistance, locker support, and guidance regarding lounge facilities

● Perform opening and closing procedures, including KIOSK operations, beverage preparation and clean-up

● Handle reservations and customer enquiries via email, telephone, and in-person

● Monitor and replenish beverages and supplies; perform simple facility and equipment checks

● Assist with updating and maintaining merchant-related articles and information content on media websites, internal CMS, or blog-style pages
