Customer Service Assistant

Objective
Responsible for directly interacting with customers by efficiently answering inquiries, post sales complaints, resolving issues, processing orders, maintaining customer records and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication
Responsibilities
Answer all telephone calls to assist customers inquiries and complaints
Prepares and releases Service Work Order (SWO) to the technical teams
Prepares Purchase Requisition (PR)
Prepares Delivery Receipt (DR) for repaired units
Coordinates with technical team and suppliers for warranty claims
Monitor and update units under Maintenance Agreements (MA) and Under Warranty (UW) for preventive maintenance activities
Informs concerned Sales Account Managers on expiring MA contracts
Encodes and files SWO
Prepares service or consumable item proposal
Monitors all released SWOs
Coordinates with the technical teams for technical assistance
