Customer Service Assistant

Objective

• Responsible for directly interacting with customers by efficiently answering inquiries, post sales complaints, resolving issues, processing orders, maintaining customer records and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls to assist customers inquiries and complaints
• Prepares and releases Service Work Order (SWO) to the technical teams
• Prepares Purchase Requisition (PR)
• Prepares Delivery Receipt (DR) for repaired units
• Coordinates with technical team and suppliers for warranty claims
• Monitor and update units under Maintenance Agreements (MA) and Under Warranty (UW) for preventive maintenance activities
• Informs concerned Sales Account Managers on expiring MA contracts
• Encodes and files SWO
• Prepares service or consumable item proposal
• Monitors all released SWOs
