Job Summary
In charge in the execution of efficient service delivery of relief functions on either CSA NAC or CSA Teller in the branches within the area or outside the area of assignment as needed, with emphasis on the observance and compliance to regulations, policies and procedures, whether internal or external including the adherence to the code of ethics.
Job Description
Services clients and greets all clients transacting in the branch with a smile and warm disposition using the standard greeting spiel for front liners. After service is rendered to the client, verbally expresses thanks with a smile
Executes regular and assigned functions in strict adherence to existing rules and regulations, whether internal or from regulators.
If assigned as;
CSA NAC, performs the detailed functions enumerated in ANNEX A as duties and responsibilities of CSA NAC;
CSA Teller, performs the detailed functions enumerated in ANNEX B as duties and responsibilities of CSA Teller....
