Customer Service Assistant - Setia City Mall

Overview

Setia City Mall is the largest mall in Shah Alam with over 300 retailers across 4 levels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries, feedback, requests and complaints from shoppers and tenants in a courteous and timely manner.
• Communicate with shoppers and tenants in person or by phone.
• Ensure that customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are clean, functional and ready for use.
• Conduct daily internal floor checks, including tenant opening and closing hour procedures.
• Attend to emergencies and act according to the centre’s Standard Operating Procedure.
• Perform concierge desk administration duties.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep daily mall operations running smoothly.
• Assist with mall marketing events and campaigns such as gift redemption, lucky draws and contest forms.
