Your Role...

ReSource Pro is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Associate to process elementary insurance tasks and be responsible for meeting quality, quantity, and time deadlines. This position will be responsible for operating within the clients' systems and following established guidelines and procedures. This position will follow ReSource Pro's Information Security policies/guidelines.



This position is onsite at our office in Belgrade.



In this role, you will be...



+ Communicating with clients using clear, polite, and well-organized English



+ Providing a high-level of client service to a variety of US-based insurance clients



+ Proactively troubleshooting and resolving potential issues
