You will be responsible for handling client inquiries across multiple communication channels while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and an excellent customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Handle client requests and resolve issues via live chat, phone calls, and email.
• Navigate multiple systems while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant specialists using Salesforce or Jira.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding their request status.
• Verify client-submitted documents for specific regions on an hourly basis.
• Prepare and interpret reports and documentation with accuracy.
