Customer Service Associate

The Customer Service Associate will serve as a link with client, Customer Service, Business Development, and Operations. Maintain client thru excellent servicing to include good business relationship with Coherent. Responsible in the handling of Customer requirements on Import and Export Forwarding & Trucking and Brokerage transactions and provide all applicable CSRs necessary to bill all transaction.

Qualifications:

• College graduate preferably Business, Marketing or equivalent course
• With at least one (1) year experience in customer service or sales related field
• Working knowledge of MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
