About the Role
The person is responsible to handle client coordination, documentation of government requirements and monitoring of shipments.
Key Accountabilities
Booking management, handling, monitoring, and updating to customer.
Handling of day-to-day bookings (import/export/customs clearance, local transfers, domestic/inter-island and triangular), updates, and monitoring of shipments from point of departure until arrival at destination.
Monitors the execution of shipments.
Coordinate to DP World vendors (carriers, co-loaders, brokers, trucking team).
Monitor on time return of containers (empty) for import.
On time sending of pre alerts
Filling of manifest (inbound shipments)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience s
Bachelor's degree in Custom Administration or Logistics
With experience as customer service assistant/ staff in any freight forwarding company
