About the Role
The person is responsible to handle client coordination, documentation of government requirements and monitoring of shipments.
Key Accountabilities
Booking management, handling, monitoring, and updating to customer.
Handling of day-to-day bookings (import/export/customs clearance, local transfers, domestic/inter-island and triangular), updates, and monitoring of shipments from point of departure until arrival at destination.
Monitors the execution of shipments (from pick up, flight/sailing schedule, arrival at destination, hand over to broker, customs clearance until delivery with POD)
Coordinate to DP World vendors (carriers, co-loaders, brokers, trucking team)
Monitor on time return of containers (empty) for import.
On time sending of pre alerts
BL creation/checking/validation
Filling of manifest (inbound shipments)
