Job Description
Prepares clinic facilities and equipment before operations.
Resolves operational issues promptly with concerned units.
Monitors patient flow and recommends process improvements.
Coordinates rush and endorsed patients for timely processing.
Analyzes and reports patient survey results to management.
Acts as triage officer and escalates concerns when needed.
Ensures all endorsed patients are tracked and received.
Handles patient inquiries and concerns, coordinating resolutions.
Job Qualifications
Any 4 or 2 years related degree course.
With at least 1 year background in Customer Service in any industry.
Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and resolving conflict.
Self starter, multi-tasking and can work under pressure and tight schedule.
Quality focus and analyzing information.
Very good communication skills and documentation.
