Customer Service Associate

*RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage & monitor customer requirements.
• Monitor and report container deposit of sea freight transaction.
• handling of inbound and outbound shipments.

*QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of a four-year course or equivalent experience is necessary
• 1-6 months experience in people/service-oriented job and freight forwarding industry
• Working knowledge of MS Office Programs (Word & Excel)
• Willing to be assigned at BF Mactan Strip, Pajo, Lapu-Lapu City
