As a Customer Service Associate for our Personal & Business Banking account, you’ll connect with small business owners to support their goals, provide personalized lending solutions, guide them through successful loan applications, and champion inclusive financial access. You'll contribute to a seamless, empowering, and reliable banking experience.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Engage small business owners to understand their business goals and deadlines
• Deliver a tailored, concise, and compelling pitch to show clients the value of choosing the company for their loan needs
• Understand credit policies and small business financials to offer appropriate opportunities while limiting default risk
• Represent an efficient and transparent brand to build borrower trust
• Serve as a customer advocate for women, minority, and low-to-moderate income business owners
