Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate (E-commerce) to join our team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day customer inquiries, returns, exchanges, and upselling opportunities across platforms such as Email, Zendesk, and chat on marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada. You will also work closely with the team responsible for re-engaging lapsed customers, coordinating gifts with purchase (GWP) promotions, and driving upselling and cross-selling efforts to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
