Customer Service Associate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, administrative support, or logistics operations — preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and documentation processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with logistics and ERP systems such as SAP, Syspro, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
