We are hiring Customer Service Associates for a Telecommunications account in Antipolo. This onsite role involves handling inbound customer calls, assisting with billing inquiries, plan details, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will document interactions in the system, follow company processes, and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
Applicants should be at least a High School or Senior High School graduate with a minimum of 6 months BPO or call center experience. Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work onsite with shifting schedules are required.
