About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is the main point of contact between assigned customer accounts and our operations. You will manage demand, process and maintain orders, provide timely updates (order status, confirmations, shipping dates), and coordinate with Planning, Quality, Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and Sales to ensure accurate information flow and on-time delivery.
