Responsibilities

  • Able to handle customers through email and live chat
  • Able to type and write in multi-language (such as English and Mandarin preferred)
  • Good communication skills and a fast typing speed
  • Need to follow up with customers from time to time to achieve overall satisfactory
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly
  • Solve problems encountered daily by communicating with customers
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle urgent cases

Requirements

  • Able to commit to night shifts
  • Proficiency in Mandarin & English preferred as the role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin‑speaking clients
  • Looking for Mandarin‑speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin‑speaking customers
  • Have basic sense of customer service
