Maintain a positive and professional attitude 
Follow company procedures and document interactions accurately 
Job Details: 
100% On-site position 
Rotating schedule: 
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
12:30 PM – 10:30 PM 
Availability to work Saturdays
