Ozo Prestige Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team on a contract basis at our office in Bayan Lepas, Penang. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Providing accurate information about our products and services
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
