The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology company to search for a Billing Customer Service Specialist.
• This role is a contractual assignment with an initial tenure of 12 months.
• The position follows a hybrid work arrangement with regular office hours, based at CBD.
• Candidates who are immediately available/able to start work within short notice will be preferred.

The Talent

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in billing support, payment operations, or finance-related customer service
• Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Mandarin speaking proficiency is required to support stakeholders/customers/partners who are only able to speak mandarin.
