Job Description
· ustomer Service Representative include serving as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving concerns, maintaining accurate records, providing technical support, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
· Prepare gate pass for delivery
· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
· Monitor and coordinate delivery schedule. Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments. Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary. Handle returns or complaints.
· Assist client for any issues and inquiry
· handle account of clients
· look for potential customers
· Provide timely and accurate cost per product
· Attend client's meetings
· Shall follow the rules and regulation of the company
· Shall perform different assigned task from superior from time to time.
