Job Summary:

• 1 year contract
• Monday - Thursday : 8am - 5.30pm; Friday : 8am - 5pm

Job Description:

• Attend to walk-in members of the public (MOPs)
• Process applications, renewals, issuance, and printing of Vocational Licences using internal systems (training will be provided for use of internal systems)
• Use common office tools (Microsoft Outlook, Skype, etc.)
• Handle enquiries on VL-related matters via phone calls and emails
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Tech-savvy, customer-centric, and proactive with a positive working attitude
• May involve physical work due to guardhouse duties and the need to move documents
