Job Description
We are a company specialising in window treatments - blinds, curtains, awnings, shutters and stage curtains. We are looking for a dynamic, detail-orientated, friendly person to head up our installations and customer service department.
Daily tasks include:
Scheduling installation teams
Liaising with customers
Resolving customer queries and problems
Basic project management
Administration (writing worksheets, completing project packs, filing, etc)
Stock receiving
Logistics
