CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK

THIS POSITION ONLY APPLIES TO COLOMBIAN NATIONALS

o High school diploma or higher.
o Knowledge of aeronautical spare parts, tools, equipment, and components is desirable.
o Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supply chain environment.
o Read and understand technical manuals, maintenance manuals, and supply catalogs.
o Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint from intermediate to advanced level) and automated logistics systems like ERP, WMS, MRO, TMS, DMS, OMS, or 3PL.
o Knowledge of Colombian safety standards and procedures is required; knowledge of U.S. FAA and/or U.S. military standards is preferred.
o English language proficiency equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/1.
