Customer Service Clerk

We are looking for a Customer Service Clerk who willmanage sales orders, coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent support to clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, encode, and manage sales orders, stock transfers, pull-out/return documents, rebate slips, and related records.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all order-related documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies in purchase orders, credit status, and client orders.
• Follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution and smooth order processing.
