Customer Service Clerk

As a Customer Service Clerk You will be responsible for handling returns and warranties at the distribution center.

This is a regular full-time position located in Long Sault.

Your main responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers on product recalls issued by headquarters
• Conduct necessary research for all customer credit requests
• Request return authorizations from suppliers and complete the appropriate forms
• Manage supplier return warranties

• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Have a very good knowledge of Excel as well as knowledge of AS400 and Access (an asset)
