Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Greet and manage walk-in customers, assisting with sales and order processing.
Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotes, invoices, and delivery orders efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate delivery orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
Prepare safety documentation required for daily projects.
Monitor and report inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability.
Upload and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Facebook, Carousell, Eszee, Caterspot, etc., in Singapore.
Ensure all e-commerce product information, such as pricing and inventory, is current, accurate, and ready for sale.
Address and resolve e-commerce customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service through web chat, phone, and email.
Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
