About the Role
Our client, a leading Australian-owned manufacturer of aluminium windows and doors, is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Nowra. In this role, you'll work closely with Sales Representatives to support quoting and coordination tasks, interpret building plans, and ensure accurate data entry in quotation systems. Your strong attention to detail, positive energy, and ability to learn quickly will help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete plan take-offs and accurate data entry for customer projects
• Make daily confirmation calls to major accounts and clients
• Screen and confirm appointments for site measures and installations
