Role Summary: -

Services Specialist supporting Quoting & Fulfilment Team in handling spare parts inquiries, preparing proposals, serial records retrieval and process and manage customer orders.

Essential Responsibilities: -

·       Handle spare parts inquiries

·       Costing and prepare proposals

·       SAP Parts Setup (SPS) Workflow requests

·       Handle serial records retrieval requests (specification sheets, BOM, Assembly Quality Plan (AQP), drawings, certificates, etc)

·       Review purchase orders received to ensure correctness for order processing

·       Order processing

·       Order management

·       Handle short lead time orders

·       Assist in reports generation
