The Customer Service Coordinator will report to the Reimbursement Manager and will assist with the process of the Financial Management Services program. They will perform duties such as processing referrals, contacting clients, family members, vendors, and Regional Center Case Managers. The position is intended for those who can handle fast-paced environments while producing quality work.
