The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales, and production teams, while maintaining accurate timelines and delivering exceptional service. Youll play a key role in managing production order ETAs, coordinating workflows, and ensuring project updates are being tracked, monitored and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
