Customer Service Coordinator

This position is well suited to candidates with a background in transport, logistics, shipping or removals , who have strong service delivery and organisational skills and enjoy managing multiple moving parts while acting as a key point of contact.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate end-to-end corporate and government move programmes.
• Act as the main liaison for clients throughout the relocation process.
• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and agent networks.
• Track consignments globally and manage exceptions.
• Oversee financial administration, including costs and invoicing.
• Support account management and onboarding of new clients.
• Deliver service in line with KPIs and contractual standards.
