Role Description
The
Customer Service Coordinator
ensures seamless after-sales support for golf carts, LSEVs, and utility vehicles. This role supports both the
Service Planner and Service Coordinator
, coordinating customer requests, workshop schedules, and service follow-ups to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration or related courses.
- At least 1 year HR/Admin experience (fresh graduate's are welcome to apply).
