Role Description
The Customer Service Coordinator ensures seamless after-sales support for golf carts, LSEVs, and utility vehicles. This role supports both the Service Planner and Service Coordinator, coordinating customer requests, workshop schedules, and service follow-ups to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Graduate of Business Administration or related courses.
At least 1 year HR/Admin experience (fresh graduate's are welcome to apply).
Knowledge of golf carts, LSEVs, or utility vehicles is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
