Fulfillment Hub USA is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Miami team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics and operations environment.
What You'll Do
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, and service requests
Coordinate internally with warehouse, operations, and billing teams
Follow up on customer inquiries via email and phone
Track and update information in internal systems
Help resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or administrative support
Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus)
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Ability to work onsite in Miami
