About the Role

WizeWork is seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of a growing Australian HVAC and air conditioning cleaning company.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in the HVAC, aircon cleaning, or home service industry who understands scheduling, customer service, and sales.

You will act as the central communication hub between customers, technicians, and management — ensuring smooth operations, strong customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
