    • As the first point of contact for customers at our Coates branches across NSW South Coast (covering Wollongong, Nowra and Ulladulla), your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.


    You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email

  • Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing

  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns

  • You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
