About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Cum Admin to join the dynamic team at SPLASHTASTIK PUNCAK ALAM SDN. BHD. in Puncak Alam, Selangor. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting various administrative functions within the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling customer enquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels
2. Providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers to ensure a positive experience
3. Coordinate class schedules and assist in operational planning
4. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
5. Maintain professional communication with parents and instructors
6. Providing general office support as needed
7. Support marketing and promotional activities when required
