Job Description

                    Manage and oversee import, export, and cross-border shipments to ensure timely delivery. 
Prepare and process Singapore customs forms and permits, including TradeNet, GST, Certificate of Origin (CO), and other regulatory documents. 
Ensure full compliance with Singapore and Malaysia customs regulations, including duty and tax requirements. 
Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth logistics operations. 
Monitor and track shipments, promptly resolving any delays or operational issues. 
Plan, schedule, and arrange lorry shipments for cross-border deliveries between Malaysia and Singapore. 
Coordinate with transport operators, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth loading, transit, and unloading processes. 
Monitor lorry movements, update customers on shipment status, and troubleshoot delivery delays when necessary.
