Working Hours: Rotational shifts (Mon–Sun, with 2 off days per week)
Shift Schedule (5 Rotating Shifts): 7AM-4PM, 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 12PM-9PM & 1:30PM-1030PM

Language: Japanese JLPT N1/N2
Experience: 6 Months – 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Japanese and English.
· Assist customers with hotel reservations, itinerary changes, and travel-related concerns.
