Your Mission – What You'll Work On
- Responsibility:You independently perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar inverters and BESS systems, ensuring the reliable operation of customer assets
- Technical Diagnosis: You troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site to guarantee operational continuity
- Health & Safety: You strictly follow electrical regulations and safety protocols when carrying out any field work
- Documentation: You record all service activities, findings, and results in our internal systems (ERP, service tools)
- Customer Relationships: You provide technical after-sales support on-site and remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening long-term relationships
- Coordination: You coordinate planning and escalation with the Service Supervisor and back-office team to ensure smooth processes
