Job Description

Responsible to communicate with existing customers through telephone or chat tools, and provide after-sales related information consultation. (B2B)
Assist customers solve their demands and enquiries related to business processes.
Responsible to handle customer complaints and customer feedbacks, promptly convey customer complaints to relevant personnel and carry out follow-up order processing results (customer complaint handling form).
Assist customers to complete orders, material inquiry and return service processing.
Responsible for customer's consultation on products, orders, logistics, etc.
Accurately record customer questions and complaints, provide the first respond immediately, and maintain good communication and contact with various departments to increase customers' good impression of the company.
Responsible liaise with seller, respond to seller e-mails and contact with seller regarding on seller’s goods.
