- Ensure the entire Customer Service functions and activities are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Formulates Customer Service policies, procedures and practices to ensure which are in line with the Company's business requirements, national and industry standards.
- Provide functional guidance, advice, information, and to support the Management on Customer Service related policies, procedures and practices.
- Assist in implementing process changes to improve order accuracy, service responsiveness, and documentation practices
- Ensure shipment document (invoice, packing list, BL, CO, insurance, customs) are ready before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate SAP posting for delivery, sales, invoice and other related documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Support execution of urgent orders while maintaining overall service quality.
