Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our growing freight forwarding team
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
Working Location: Central and East
Benefits: AWS, VB and Medical
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer inquiries on shipments, bookings, and documentation
- Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, transporters, and internal teams
- Prepare and process shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoices, permits, etc.)
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers
- Resolve service issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company SOPs
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding industry
- Proficient with the program, Cargo Wise.
- Familiar with import & export procedures (Air & Sea freight preferred)
