About the role

Zhao Xi TCM Centre is looking for a Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional service and support our sales and administrative operations. This full-time role involves interacting with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and satisfying experiences. Candidates must be able to speak and read Mandarin.

What you'll be doing

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries received via social media platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, website chat).
• Provide accurate information on TCM treatments, services, pricing, promotions, practitioner schedules, and clinic locations.
• Guide potential patients through appointment booking and registration processes.
• Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not completed booking.
• Record and update enquiry details and customer information in the system.
