Customer Service Executive - Freight Forwarding / North

Mon-Fri, Sat(Half day, once every 3 months)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Consol, Taobao shipments, import/export documentation
• Support sales team and coordinate with customers, transporters, and warehouse
• Prepare import/export/transshipment/D/O documents and verify costs
• Handle enquiries on rates, shipment tracking, and liaise with overseas agents

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years freight forwarding experience with knowledge of Incoterms 2010
• Possess experience in shipping documents (Import/Export/Transshipment/D/O release)
• Proficient in MS Office, meticulous with attention to detail
• Self-disciplined, proactive, adaptable, and a good team player
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and able to work independently
